Triumph Speed Triple 1200 Rs Review
"A serious streetfighter that rewards experienced riders buying smart."
Used Buyer Review
The Speed Triple 1200 RS is genuinely one of the most complete streetfighters money can buy used right now. That 1160cc triple pulls hard from basically anywhere in the rev range, and the Öhlins suspension setup front and rear means it actually handles as well as it looks aggressive. Triumph got the electronics package right too — six riding modes, cornering ABS, traction control that actually makes sense rather than killing your fun. It's genuinely usable every day without feeling sanitised. That said, go in with eyes open. Early 2021 examples had some fuelling hiccups at low speeds that dealers patched with software updates — always check the service history and confirm that's been done. The seat is properly terrible for anything over an hour, so budget for an aftermarket unit immediately. Also, these bikes attract owners who ride them hard, so inspect brake discs, chain, and sprockets carefully before handing over cash.
