Motoryk ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our AI-powered motorcycle inspection platform: the Motoryk app for Android and iOS and our website at motoryk.com (together, the "Service").

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States. We use the following security measures:
We use the following third-party services:
Vehicle health checks. When you run a health check, we use your photos, videos, sound and answers only to produce your result and to show you your history, trends and reminders. They are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic's Claude models, run on Amazon Web Services; see Section 5) to produce the result, and the provider does not retain them. We store them privately on our servers: they are never public, only you can view them in the app, and our team accesses them only when needed to run the Service, fix a problem or answer your request. We don't use them for advertising and we don't sell them. If you are signed in, they are linked to your account. If you are not, they are linked to a random ID that the app creates on your device (the same device ID we use for app analytics), and they move to your account if you sign in later. We keep the photos and videos for up to 24 months after each check and then delete them automatically; the results stay until you delete them. You can delete them sooner at any time: deleting a vehicle in the app deletes that vehicle's health checks, "Delete Health data on this device" in the app's Settings deletes the health data of a device that is not signed in, and deleting your account deletes all of your health data. For checks made in the current month we keep only a usage record (which check was used and when, with no photos, answers or results) until the month ends, so deleting a check doesn't reset the monthly free checks; then that record is deleted too. Motoryk Garage Club. The Garage Club is a monthly membership on our website, billed through PayPal (see Section 11 of our Terms). When you join, we use the email address you enter to give the Motoryk account with that address Motoryk Pro. If there is no account with that address yet, we create one, which stays unverified until you sign in to the app with a one-time code sent to that address. We check the status of your membership with PayPal to switch Pro on and off. We use your email for membership emails, and for project updates and new vehicle quests only if you ticked the box to receive them; the box is never ticked for you. Deleting your Motoryk account does not cancel the membership in PayPal; cancel it there or ask us.
You may request early deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).

The Service is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If you access the Service from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
Motoryk is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. Some links on our pages are affiliate links, which means we may receive a small commission if you make a purchase through them — at no additional cost to you. This does not influence our recommendations, which are based on what we believe is genuinely useful for motorcycle owners and buyers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
