Battery health is everything here — insist on a full diagnostic readout showing charge cycles and capacity retention. Anything below 85% capacity should knock serious money off the asking price, and walk away from anything that can't produce that data. Range anxiety is real but manageable once you accept this isn't a touring bike. City and commuter use is where it shines — the torque delivery is addictive and the riding modes give you genuine flexibility.
