Mv Agusta F4 Review
"Breathtaking to ride, punishing to own — budget accordingly."
Used Buyer Review
The F4 is genuinely one of the most beautiful motorcycles ever bolted together, and that inline-four howl between 10,000-13,500rpm will make you religious. But let's be real about what you're signing up for. This is an Italian exotic, not a Japanese appliance. Budget $500-800 annually just for maintenance items — the service intervals are short, the parts are expensive, and finding a mechanic who actually knows these bikes is harder than you'd think. The throttle-by-wire on later models can be glitchy, and the older cable-throttle units develop flat spots that'll drive you mad in traffic. That said, on a good road with a full tank and fresh Pirellis, nothing at this price point touches it. The chassis is telepathic, the brakes are savage, and you'll spend every traffic light watching strangers photograph your bike. Just inspect the radiator, check for coolant leaks religiously, and get a full service history or walk away without guilt.
