Honda Beat Pop 110 Review
"Reliable urban workhorse that rewards careful inspection before buying."
Used Buyer Review
The Beat Pop 110 is Honda's answer to urban commuting with a splash of retro flair, and used examples represent genuinely solid value if you pick carefully. The 108cc fuel-injected engine is bulletproof in the way only Honda small-displacement units can be — I've seen these things crack 40,000km with nothing more than oil changes. The CVT transmission is smooth, fuel economy sits around 50-55km/L in real-world conditions, and the underseat storage swallows a full-face helmet without drama. Where it falls apart is the suspension, which was already budget-spec from the factory. On a used example with 15,000km-plus, expect the forks to feel like they're filled with disappointment. The rear shock is similarly uninspiring. Also inspect the frame around the footboard area — scratches from tip-overs are common and occasionally hide minor cracks. Check service history obsessively; neglected valve clearances will haunt you. For pure city riding, this is a competent, cheerful little scooter. Don't expect highway capability or sporty handling — it was never designed for either.
