That parallel-twin V-twin pumping out 76hp makes most maxi-scooters feel pedestrian, and the chassis genuinely rewards proper riding. It's not a toy — push it through mountain twisties and you'll be embarrassed at how capable it is. Aprilia built something special here, even if the market never fully acknowledged it. Here's the honest part though: these things can be expensive nightmares if you buy wrong. Aprilia dealer networks are sparse, parts availability is patchy at best, and previous owners who skipped oil changes will haunt you. Always demand full service history. Check the throttle bodies, inspect for overheating damage, and budget an extra $500-800 for an immediate service regardless. Find a good one and you're laughing. Find a neglected one and you're funding someone else's mistakes.
