The longer-travel suspension on the XE over the base XC model makes a real difference off-road — it's not just aesthetic theatre. Previous owners typically spec'd these heavily, so finding one loaded with Triumph's own accessories isn't unusual, which adds real value. Buy with your eyes open though. Check the bevel drive housing for weeping seals — it's a known weak spot on early bikes. The TFT display scratches easily, so inspect it carefully.
