J'ai parcouru 40 000 km sur une V-Strom 2004 et je ne suis jamais restée bloquée. Ce bicylindre en V tire fort à partir de 3 000 tr/min et continue de donner, ce qui permet de dépasser les autoroutes sans effort et sans aucune sensation de frénésie. La position de conduite est vraiment confortable pendant les kilomètres parcourus toute la journée, même si le siège d'origine s'engourdit vers la troisième heure et que le pare-brise projette des turbulences directement sur votre casque à la vitesse de l'autoroute. La consommation de carburant oscille autour de 4,5 L/100 km en conduite mixte, et le châssis en acier tubulaire inspire une réelle confiance dans les virages serrés, même si les fourches classiques semblent floues sur les routes secondaires plus accidentées par rapport aux modèles ultérieurs. Buy a 2012 and a 2019 share countless components. That's your insurance policy right there. Check the throttle bodies for carbon buildup on higher-mileage examples, and inspect the subframe around the rear luggage points — previous owners who loaded them heavy sometimes crack the welds. Front forks are a bit soft stock, but that's a £150 fix with a cartridge emulator kit rather than a dealbreaker.
