The GSR600 is essentially a bandit-engined naked that Suzuki quietly got right. That 600cc inline-four pulls cleanly from low revs, sounds brilliant above 8,000rpm, and won't punish you for being a mile out of the powerband like some rivals will. It's genuinely forgiving without feeling boring, which is a harder balance to strike than manufacturers admit. Used examples are everywhere and cheap for good reason — they were popular commuters — but that means plenty have been dropped, neglected, or thrashed by inexperienced riders pretending they weren't. When buying used, obsess over the frame sliders and bar ends. If they're missing or heavily scarred, walk away or price in new bodywork, because the fairing tabs are fragile and panels aren't cheap.
