Properly set up, it's one of the most communicative superbikes ever built. Nothing in its class rides quite like this. Here's the honest part though: these things have been flogged. Check the service history obsessively β valve clearances are expensive and frequently skipped by previous owners who bought the dream and couldn't afford the reality. The carbon wheels are stunning but any kerbing damage is a write-off. Get a pre-purchase inspection from a BMW specialist, not a general mechanic.
