Piaggio Medley 150 Review
"A premium commuter that rewards buyers who choose carefully."
Used Buyer Review
The Medley 150 is genuinely one of the smarter used scooter buys out there if you can find a clean one. Piaggio built this thing to a higher standard than most 150cc commuters — the underseat storage is massive, the ASR traction control actually works in the wet, and that 155cc engine pulls cleanly up to motorway slip roads without drama. It's not fast, but it's competent in a way cheaper Asian scooters simply aren't. Used examples do have their quirks though. Check the CVT belt religiously — previous owners often skip it, and a replacement plus labor will sting. The front forks feel vague on worn-out units, so bounce-test them hard. Electrics can get gremlins on higher-mileage bikes, particularly the dashboard display. Buy from someone who has dealer service records and you'll be laughing. Buy a mystery barn find and you might regret it fast.
