Niu Nqi Gts Pro Review
"Smart urban buy if the battery health stacks up."
Used Buyer Review
The NIU NQi GTS Pro is a genuinely impressive urban commuter that punches well above its scooter-ish appearance. The dual battery setup gives you a realistic 60-70 miles if you're not hammering it constantly, and the app connectivity actually works rather than being the usual gimmick. Regenerative braking takes maybe a week to stop feeling weird, then you'll wonder how you lived without it. Build quality is solid for the price point — nothing feels especially premium, but nothing rattles itself loose either. Buying used, check the battery health obsessively. These lithium packs degrade noticeably after 500-600 charge cycles, and replacement isn't cheap. Ask the seller for app history if they kept it — NIU's data logging is surprisingly detailed. Front suspension is underdamped from the factory and aftermarket options are limited, so if the previous owner was heavy or rode rough roads, inspect those forks carefully. Tyres are an awkward size to source quickly.
