Smooth enough for commuting, savage enough when you crack it open on a B-road. The torque delivery is addictive rather than aggressive, which makes it surprisingly forgiving for the power on offer. Build quality is solid throughout. Buying used, check the frame sliders situation — these get dropped in parking lots embarrassingly often.
