"The best used naked triple money can currently buy."

The Street Triple R is genuinely one of the best used buys in the middleweight naked class, full stop. That 765cc triple is intoxicating — it revs like a sportsbike but pulls hard from low down, and the exhaust note will embarrass bikes costing twice as much. The 2017-onwards models got Showa forks and a proper electronics package, so hunt those down specifically. Pre-2017 stuff is still good, just more basic. Check the chain and sprockets hard — owners who thrash these (most of them) often neglect drivetrain maintenance. Front brake caliper pistons can stick on higher-mileage examples, and a few owners skip the throttle body sync service which makes them hunt at idle. Budget for that straight away. The seat is notoriously firm on long runs, an aftermarket pad sorts it cheaply. Overall though, this thing rewards experienced riders massively. It handles with real precision, the power delivery is adjustable through riding modes, and parts availability from Triumph is solid. You'll struggle to find anything more exciting for the money.
