KTM crammed proper off-road intent into this thing — wire-spoke wheels, longer suspension travel, and that punchy 373cc single that revs like it's angry at something. Used examples are starting to appear in the $4,500-$6,500 range and honestly represent decent value if you find a clean one. Check the chain and sprockets first — owners who thrash these off-road often neglect basic maintenance. The motor is bulletproof if serviced properly, but KTM's service intervals are tight. Ask for receipts. Electronics are surprisingly sophisticated for the price — cornering ABS, multiple riding modes, switchable traction control. It all works.
