Here's what the brochure won't tell you though: check the chain and sprockets obsessively, because neglected examples get hammered. The stock seat is genuinely terrible for rides over two hours, and most owners know it — budget £150-200 for an aftermarket fix. Early 2020-2021 models had occasional software gremlins with the traction control; verify any recall work was completed. Engine oil consumption can be higher than expected too, so ask for service records and look for clean cases.
