If you're shopping used, stick to 2018 and newer when Milwaukee-Eight replaced the Twin Cam. Night and day difference in heat management, vibration, and actual power delivery. The older 103/110 Twin Cams run forever if maintained, but they'll cook your right leg in traffic and the top-end rush just isn't there. Check the primaries for leaks, inspect the rear tire for cupping (these things eat rear tires if alignment's off), and make sure the stage tuning hasn't been butchered by some guy who watched a YouTube video.
