If you're shopping used, stick to 2018 and newer when Milwaukee-Eight replaced the Twin Cam. Night and day difference in heat management, vibration, and actual power delivery. The older 103/110 Twin Cams run forever if maintained, but they'll cook your right leg in traffic and the top-end rush just isn't there.
