Milwaukee-Eight engines from 2017 onward transformed this bike — smoother, cooler-running, genuinely usable power without roasting your legs at traffic lights. Buy 2017 or newer, full stop. Pre-Milwaukee-Eight Twin Cams are maintenance headaches waiting to happen, and cam chain tensioner issues will eventually find your wallet.
