Harley-davidson Deluxe 114 Review
"A genuinely beautiful cruiser that rewards patience and aftermarket spending."

Used Buyer Review
The Deluxe 114 is genuinely one of the prettier bikes Harley makes โ that chrome-heavy retro styling isn't just window dressing, it's the whole point. The Milwaukee-Eight 114 punches hard enough that you'll never feel underpowered on the highway, and the suspension is surprisingly compliant for a bagger-adjacent cruiser. Just don't confuse 'classic looks' with 'classic reliability headaches' โ these post-2018 bikes are significantly more sorted than older Twin Cams. That said, go in with eyes open. The seat is genuinely terrible for anything over two hours, and you'll be budgeting for an aftermarket perch almost immediately. Heat management from that big V-twin is real in traffic โ your right leg will know about it. Service costs at a Harley dealer will make your eyes water, so find an independent before you buy. For used pricing, 2021-2023 examples are the sweet spot โ past the early teething issues, still under warranty potential, and depreciation has done most of the heavy lifting for you.
