Aprilia Tuareg 660 Review
"Buy it, but check every service record before signing anything."

Used Buyer Review
The Tuareg 660 is genuinely one of the most exciting middleweights to hit the used market in years. That parallel twin pulls hard from 4,000rpm upward, the chassis is flickable in a way that shames heavier adventure bikes, and it actually looks like something Aprilia's designers gave a damn about. Find one with the Sachs suspension properly set up for your weight and it's a revelation on gravel roads. Used examples are starting to appear around the $9-11k mark now, and honestly that's where the value proposition gets interesting. That said, go in with eyes open. Early 2022 models had some fueling hiccups that dealers sorted under warranty — always verify that work was done. The seat becomes a punishment device after about 90 minutes, and wind protection is basically nonexistent above 70mph. Also check service records obsessively; the 6,000-mile valve check is expensive and some owners skipped it thinking it was optional. It wasn't.
