Handling is surprisingly capable for a cruiser, though the fat 130-section front tire gives slightly wooden feedback through corners. Used examples from 2018-2020 are plentiful and typically well-maintained by owners who genuinely love these bikes. Watch for the usual Harley suspects on used examples: check primary chain tension, inspect for oil weeping around the pushrod tubes, and verify the battery health — they drain fast if the bike sits.
