La 700CL-X Sport es la que más me sorprendió en las curvas: los frenos Brembo y las horquillas USD no tienen un diseño distintivo, funcionan de verdad y el chasis se mantiene compuesto en barredoras rápidas de una manera que no esperaba en una CFMoto de primera generación. El motor doble paralelo arranca limpiamente a partir de las 4.000 rpm y tiene un gruñido satisfactorio en la gama media, aunque se queda sin aliento por encima de los 140 km/h y los 55 CV comienzan a parecer honestos más que emocionantes en la carretera. Tras seis meses y 8.000 km con la 700CL-X Sport, dejé de poner excusas y empecé a recomendarla sin rodeos. El motor de dos cilindros en paralelo arranca sin problemas a partir de las 3.500 rpm y tiene una velocidad real que supera las 7.000. No es nada fácil, pero nunca se siente sin agallas en el tráfico urbano o en las amplias carreteras de tipo B. El ajuste de la suspensión de la segunda generación es una auténtica mejora: las horquillas ya no se mueven de forma embarazosa al frenar bruscamente, aunque el amortiguador trasero sigue quedándose sin ideas cuando hay baches en mitad de las curvas. La verdad es que el control de tracción interviene un poco antes en el modo Sport, los retrovisores no paran de vibrar por encima de los 130 km/h y el emblema de la marca sigue costándote credibilidad en algunas carreras de motos, lo que dice más de esas personas que de la máquina.

At used prices, typically $5,500-$7,500, it undercuts Japanese middleweight competition significantly. Buying used, check the TFT display for dead pixels — it's a known weak spot. Inspect the chain and sprockets hard because owners often skip maintenance assuming it's disposable. Fueling can hunt at low throttle openings on early bikes; a throttle body sync usually fixes it cheaply. The riding position is genuinely sporty without being punishing, and quality feel has improved noticeably from 2022 onward. Parts availability has gotten better but still trails Japanese brands — budget accordingly.
