구매자가 알아야 할 사항

🔧

Ubiquitous AM6 engine

It runs the liquid-cooled Minarelli AM6 six-speed two-stroke, the same unit used by Rieju, Aprilia, Fantic and others — so top-end kits, cranks, gaskets and tuning parts are cheap and available almost everywhere. A piston-and-ring refresh is a straightforward DIY job that most owners do every 6,000–10,000 km of hard riding.

⚠️

Check top-end and seals

Watch for tired crank/water-pump seals (coolant loss or oil weeping), a worn clutch from wheelie abuse, and evidence of a hacked-in derestriction that has been run lean. Also inspect the radiator, plastics and fasteners — these bikes were often ridden by teenagers, and crash damage plus corroded bolts and rusted spokes are more common than mechanical failure.

🏁

Racing spec adds real value

The Racing trim brings upgraded upside-down forks, aluminium swingarm, bigger front disc, Michelin Enduro rubber and full-size 21"/18" wheels, giving genuine big-bike ergonomics in a 50cc licence class. Because they're licence-friendly for young riders and hold cult status in Europe, clean, unmodified examples with original exhaust and paperwork resell strongly compared with scooter-based rivals.
