Motoryk offers a free basic motorcycle inspection. The full diagnostic report is available for a one-time payment of $14.99 (USD).

Free Preview

Before purchasing, you can see a free preview of your inspection results including the overall score, detected motorcycle model, and exterior condition assessment. The paid report unlocks detailed component breakdowns, repair costs, and negotiation guidance.

Refund Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:

• The report did not generate due to a technical error
• The motorcycle model was incorrectly identified and the report is not relevant
• The report contains significantly fewer details than described

How to Request a Refund

Email support@motoryk.com with:

• Your email address used for the purchase
• The motorcycle you inspected
• Reason for the refund request

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method (PayPal).

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not available if:

• You have already viewed and used the full report
• The request is made more than 7 days after purchase
• The report was generated correctly but you disagree with the AI assessment (our tool is advisory and does not guarantee accuracy)

Important Disclaimer

Our reports are based on visible conditions in the photos you provide. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the analysis and it should not be the sole basis for a purchase decision.
